A Social Communication's Programme

In order to bring about change and sustainability in change, NGOs need to communicate with multiple stakeholders and also act as change agents by building awareness through information, knowledge and attitudinal shifts. This programme is for NGOs to learn how to develop integrated social communication programmes for their organisations, on specific issues, and learn how to build social communication tools that are audience and target group specific, and to measure responsiveness and effectiveness of the tools in bringing about desired shifts in attitudes and behaviour in stakeholders. The programme also helps in devising methods of resource sharing and capitalization of social communication tools between NGOs and other agencies working on a common issue with common stakeholders across regions.
